Affiliate Disclosure
Some links on Lecce Travel Guide are affiliate links. If you book a tour through one of them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only link tours we would point a friend toward.
Which Links Earn Us A Commission
The affiliate links on this site sit behind every tour listing. When you click through to a live booking page for a walk, a pasta class, a boat trip or a day tour, that link is an affiliate link, and if you book we may earn a commission from the booking platform at no extra cost to you. Not every outbound link earns: links to official museum pages, the Comune di Lecce and other public sources are plain references. Where a tour carries a price, a rating or a review count, those figures come straight from the booking page, not from us.
What Earns Nothing
Much of what we point you to earns nothing at all. The museums and the Castello Carlo V sell their own tickets, so we link straight to their own pages. The squares, gardens and city gates of the old town need no booking, and neither does our advice on urban buses or the FSE trains to Otranto and Gallipoli, where we name the service and link nothing. These plain links sit beside the affiliate ones, not behind them.
What The Links Never Change
No operator pays to appear here, and no tour can buy its position. What gets included, and in what order, is an editorial call based on what each experience offers and how guests have rated it. Ratings and review counts shown on these pages are the booking platforms' own published figures, reproduced only where they are real. Museum hours, ticket prices and other practical details come from the official Italian sources themselves, including the Comune di Lecce and the Castello Carlo V's own site, and we leave out anything those sources do not confirm.
